Pricing FAQ

Is the wheel free to use?

Yes. Spinning, every template and unlimited spins are free on every plan. Paid plans only add extras like more saved wheels, more shared wheels and AI fills.

Do I need an account?

No. You can build and spin a wheel without signing up. A free account lets you save up to 2 wheels and share 1.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Open your account menu and choose Manage Billing to cancel in the Stripe customer portal. There are no contracts.

What happens to my wheels if I downgrade?

Your saved wheels are not deleted and wheels you already shared stay shared. If you are over the new plan's limits you can't create or share more until you are under them. A custom center logo and hidden branding are Pro features and are removed the next time a wheel is saved on another plan.

Is the wheel random?

Yes. Each spin uses your browser's cryptographically secure random number generator. If you set weights, an entry's chance is its weight divided by the total of all weights.
